Abstract

Определены возможности применения механизмов фискальной консолидации в Украине и зарубежных странах, их особенности и проблемы. В данном аспекте особое внимание уделено сущности фискальной консолидации и ее видам, особенностям проведения мероприятий фискальной консолидации в условиях кризиса, мерам активной долговой политики, как составной финансовой стабилизации и возможностям стабилизации государственных финансов Украины в среднесрочной перспективе.
