Abstract

В статье исследованы особенности организации и функционирования внешнего государственного финансового контроля в странах постсоветского пространства. Выделены основные достижения в работе высших органов финансового контроля. Сформулированы рекомендации по имплементации этого опыта в систему государственного контроля и работу Счетной Палаты Украины.
