Abstract

В статье проанализировано взаимодействие высшего образования, науки и бизнеса. Раскрыт конфликт волн развития цивилизаций в противостоянии двух сил: "фабрики образования" и силы изменений. Проанализирована европейская и украинская оценка качества высшего образования. Определен эффект десинхронизации во времени между потребностями бизнеса и возможностями образования и науки. Раскрыто причины взяточничества в высшей школе. Предложена стратегия развития партнерства высшего образования, науки и бизнеса.
