Особенности Формирования Современного Финансового Механизма Транснациональных Корпораций

Abstract

Рассмотрены ключевые аспекты финансовой деятельности транснациональных корпораций. На основании авторских обобщений определены пять главных аспектов финансов ТНК: финансовый менеджмент, который рассматривается в двух измерениях – операционный финансовый менеджмент и стратегическое финансовое управление, механизм финансирования деятельности ТНК с позиции привлечения долгосрочных международных финансовых ресурсов, особенности финансирования филиалов ТНК, планирование и прогнозирование финансовой деятельности ТНК, а также теоретические аспекты финансовых решений. Исследовано взаимосвязь финансов ТНК и глобальной финансовой среды.
