Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы взаимодействия независимого консультанта с органами государственной власти при оказании услуг по совершенствованию экономической политики. Обсуждаются некоторые проблемы, связанные с особенностями государства и его структур как потребителя услуг консалтинга. Выявлены риски, которые несет консультант.The paper discusses problems and risks an independent consultant faces in rendering consulting services on issues of improving public governance to public authorities. It also discusses some problems related to the specifics of our state and its structures considered as a consumer of such consulting services.
