Abstract

Представлены результаты работы по изучению удовлетворенности пользователей жилой недвижимости. Анализ данных исследования удовлетворенности пользователей в жилье проводился с помощью определения коэффициента удовлетворенности. Исследование может использоваться различным кругом лиц от ученых до застройщиков с целью разработки программ продвижения жилой недвижимости, жилищного строительства, а также для изучения рынка жилой недвижимости. The work presents the results of investigation of satisfaction expressed by users with regard to residential real estate. Analysis of customer satisfaction data in housing through satisfaction coefficient. The study can be used by various persons from scientists and developers to develop programs to promote residential real estate, housing, as well as the real estate market.
