Abstract

В статье рассматриваются региональные особенности государственного лекарственного обеспечения в Сибири. Предпринимается попытка структурировать существующий массив данных и классифицировать по отличительным признакам: самостоятельный закуп медикаментов, централизованный закуп медикаментов, смешанная модель закупа медикаментов. Перечисляются преимущества и риски реализации моделей в регионе, а также способы формирования лота, которые используются как инструмент управления степенью конкуренции. The article deals with regional features state of drug supply in Siberia. An attempt to structure the data and classify them according to the distinctive features: a separate purchase of medicines, the centralized procurement of drugs, mixed model of purchasing drugs. Lists the benefits and risks of implementation models in the region, as well as ways of formation of the lot, which are used as a tool to control the degree of competition.
