Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методологические основы организации не сплошного наблюдения за динамикой развития информационного общества в сфере экономики. Обосновывается необходимость использования стратифицированного выборочного обследования для получения необходимых данных, характеризующих эффективность и интенсивность проникновения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в бизнес процессы.This article discusses the methodological bases of the organization is not a continuous monitoring of the information society. Makes the case for using stratified sampling to obtain the necessary data on the effectiveness and intensity of the penetration of information and communication technologies in business processes.
