Abstract

Инновационно-инвестиционная активность (ИИА) составляет основу социально-экономического роста и развития муниципального образования. Механизм управления ИИА зависит от того является ли муниципальное образование инновационно-инвестиционным центром, полупериферией или периферией. В статье авторы предлагают авторскую методику отнесения муниципального образования к инновационно-инвестиционный центру, полупериферии или периферии.Innovative investment activity (IIA) forms the basis for socio-economic growth and progress of municipal formation. The mechanism of managing IIA depends on status of municipal formation. There are 3 statuses: innovative investment center, semi-periphery, periphery. In article authors bring forward the authoring technique for rating municipal formation at innovative investment center, semi-periphery, periphery.
