Abstract

Инновационная компания является относительно новым объектом для экономико-математического моделирования. Для повышения качества оценки инвестиций в создание инновационной компании в статье предложено разделить период жизни инновационной компании на два, имеющие для бизнеса разное экономическое содержание, от которого зависят методы и модели оценки рисков, отражающие специфику функционирования инновационной компании. The Innovative Company is a relatively new object in mathematical economic modeling. To improve investment valuations of innovative companies, it is proposed to divide innovative Company life cycle into two parts with different economic contents. Each part is mapped to valuation risk methods and models taking into account a certain company’s operations.
