Развитие экологического аудита в России. The development of environmental audit in Russia

Abstract

Экологический аудит является важным инструментом в системе экологической безопасности любой страны и России в том числе. Однако, потенциал экологического аудита в полной мере не реализован в связи, прежде всего, с пробелами в нормативно-правовой базе и дефиците политической воли государства к последовательной реализации экологической политики. Environmental audit is the important tool of the system of ecological safety of every country including Russia. However, the potential of environmental audit is not fully realized because of gaps in standard-legal base and absence of the consistent policy of the government.
