В статье проведен анализ организации международных расчетов российскими фирмами по договорам купли-продажи товаров различных отраслей производства. Автором были структурированы требования валютного законодательства России, предъявляемые к российским участникам международных расчетов, и разработаны рекомендации, выполнение которых избавит российских участников внешнеэкономической деятельности от штрафов со стороны Федеральной службы финансово-бюджетного надзора.In the present work is carried out the analysis of the organization of international settles by the Russian firms under purchases and sale contracts of the goods of various production branches. The author had structured the requirements of the Russian currency legislation shown to the Russian participants of international settles, and the recommendations were developed, the accomplishment of which will relieve the Russian participants of foreign economic activity of penalties from Federal Agency of financially-budgetary supervision.
