Abstract

The paper studies the demographic component of the pension insurance institute, the problems of demographic development in Russia at the present stage, their influence on the formation of the institute for pension insurance. The introduction of the disclosed content presents the demographic components, its relationship to employment and the formation of the pension resources. The substantive part describes the basic indicators of demographic development, which have a direct impact on the pension system. The final provisions includes the conclusions on the role of demographic factors and their association with the institute of pension insurance, proposed measures to improve the pension insurance mechanism, taking into account demographic factors considered. В статье исследована демографическая составляющая института пенсионного страхования. Рассмотрены проблемы демографического развития России на современном этапе, их влияние на формирование института пенсионного страхования. В вводной части раскрывается содержание демографической компоненты, ее взаимосвязь с трудовой занятостью и формированием пенсионных ресурсов. В содержательной части рассмотрены основные показатели демографического развития, оказывающие непосредственное влияние на пенсионную систему. В заключительных положениях сделаны выводы о роли демографических факторов и их связи с институтом пенсионного страхования, предложены мероприятия по совершенствованию механизма пенсионного страхования с учетом рассмотренных демографических факторов.
