Abstract

The foreign experience shows that as the stability of the economy increases, so does the interest of businessmen in social issues. The activities of companies implementing social programs contribute to the solution of various social problems and at the same time allow creation of conditions for the development of a favorable business environment to ensure effective business performance. The purpose of the work was to define the concept of social innovations, identify the areas of applying the foreign experience of social innovations in the finance field to the domestic market. The paper examines various approaches to the definition of the social innovation concept, analyzes innovative approaches to seeking optimal problem solutions related to the financial well-being of citizens. It is concluded that further studies of the advanced foreign experience of innovative social activities in the field of economy and finance are needed. Опыт зарубежных стран показывает, что по мере роста стабильности экономики возрастает интерес представителей бизнеса к социальным проблемам. Деятельность компаний, реализующих социальные программы различных направлений, способствует решению разнообразных социальных проблем и в то же время позволяет создавать условия для формирования благоприятной деловой атмосферы для эффективного развития бизнеса. Цель работы - определить понятие «социальные инновации», выявить направления применения зарубежного опыта социальных инноваций в области финансов на отечественном рынке. В статье исследованы различные подходы к определению понятия «социальные инновации», рассмотрены новаторские подходы к поиску оптимальных решений в области проблем, связанных с финансовым благосостоянием граждан. Сделан вывод о необходимости дальнейшего изучения передового зарубежного опыта инновационной социальной деятельности в области экономики и финансов.
