The interdependence of macroeconomic indicators and the migration in the EAEU countries affected by the population dynamics dissimilar in different groups in these countries is studied. The development of integration processes in the EAEU will depend on the demographic and migration situation which fact should be taken into account in designing policies and joint programs. Highlighted are the problems of urbanization in Russia in the XXI century and their impact on the economic development potential in eastern regions. The overall migration capacity differing in the five integrated countries is considered; the dynamics and the value of the GINI index varying significantly in the EAEU member countries are analyzed in detail; the sharp changes in the geography of migration to Russia from abroad are assessed. Рассматривается взаимозависимость макроэкономических показателей и миграции в странах ЕАЭС, на которую может влиять динамика численности населения. Развитие интеграционных процессов в ЕАЭС будет зависеть от демографической и миграционной ситуаций, что должно учитываться в проводимой политике и совместных программах. Выделяются проблемы урбанизации в XXI в. и их влияние на возможности экономического развития восточных районов России. Рассмотрен общий потенциал миграции, который в пяти объединившихся странах различен; подробно проанализирована динамика индекса Джини, значительно различающаяся, как и его величина, в странах ЕАЭС; дана оценка резкого изменения географии внешней миграции в Россию.
