О Народнохозяйственных Издержках Производства В Работах В.С. Немчинова

Abstract

Дается обзор предложений, направленных на реформирование ценообразования, публиковавшихся в СССР перед хозяйственной реформой 1965 г. Анализируется концепция народнохозяйственных издержек производства, которую предлагал положить в основу ценообразования В.С. Немчинов. Показана необходимость обеспечения соответствия между моделью цены и моделью хозяйствования, применяемой на уровне предприятий. Обосновывается положение о том, что модель цены в условиях государственной формы собственности в принципе должна быть такой же, как и при частной форме собственности, а модель хозяйствования для государственных предприятий следует применить принципиально новую - по сравнению с той моделью хозяйствования, которая используется частными предприятиями.
