Abstract

Основное содержание настоящей работы тесно связано с трудами по высшему анализу и математическим методам организации и планирования производства покойного академика, лауреата Нобелевской премии Л.В.Канторовича. Его незабвенной памяти и посвящается эта статья. В статье рассматриваются вопросы применения моделей и методов адаптивного управления в условиях возрастания неопределенности выработки и принятия решений в современной экономике России. В качестве основного объекта исследований избраны механизмы инновационного развития и их функционирование в меняющихся условиях. Представлен новый подход к моделированию механизма обновления продуктов и технологий, а также описание новых возможных объектов анализа на примере необходимого развития ИТ-инфраструктуры в экономике России.
