Асимметрия Информации: Смещенные Рынки И Типы Макроэкономической Динамики

Abstract

На основе вводимого авторами понятия "информационная состоятельность рынка" развивается теория эффектов асимметрии информации. Показано, что последние в зависимости от степени информационной состоятельности рынка могут как приводить к его неэффективности и даже разрушению, так и придавать рыночной динамике благоприятные характеристики. Авторы описывают альтернативные типы макроэкономической динамики, которым соответствуют преимущественно информационно состоятельные или, наоборот, несостоятельные рынки. В методологическом плане развивается принцип интеракционизма, согласно которому макроэкономическая система связана с микроэкономическим уровнем, но несводима к нему. Важнейший вывод — степень информационной состоятельности рынка и его динамика зависят от его институциональной структуры.
