Российские Регионы: Сближение Или Расслоение?

Abstract

Обсуждаются вопросы регионального развития в России. Показано, что усиление дифференциации в последние годы экономического роста (2000—2005 гг.) происходит исключительно благодаря нескольким регионам. В рамках модели конвергенции показано, что в большей части российских регионов расстояние между средним значением ВРП надушу населения и стационарным (равновесным) состоянием может сократиться в 1.5 раза через 20—25 лет и в 2 раза — примерно через 40 лет. В соответствии с расчетами, дифференциация экономического развития регионов в отдаленной перспективе будет оставаться достаточно большой, распределение ВРП на душу населения концентрируется в области ниже среднего значения.
