Производственные Функции В Условиях Неопределенности

Abstract

Предлагается подход к построению производственных функций для описания функционирования систем в условиях неопределенности. В основе подхода - понятийный аппарат и методы, разработанные в теории управления водными ресурсами. Вводимые производственные функции, наряду с переменными состояния, в качестве аргументов включают ориентиры для значений некоторых переменных. Ориентиры можно трактовать как показатели индикативного плана, прогноза, договорные параметры и т.п. Приводится оптимизационная математическая модель планирования с использованием введенных производственных функций. Показано, как они могут применяться для оценок надежности, риска и шансов.
