Обменный Курс Рубля Как Результат Денежной Эмиссии, Внешней Торговли И Блуждающих Финансовых Потоков

Abstract

Предлагается теоретическая модель внешней торговли и обменного курса, которая включает функцию полезности страны и два баланса расходов внутренней и внешней валют. Максимизация функции полезности с учетом двух имеющихся ограничений позволяет определить аналитические зависимости для экспорта и импорта, внутренних цен, обменного курса, паритета покупательной способности (ППС). На основе формул теоретической модели и имеющихся статистических рядов строятся регрессии для экспорта, импорта и курса рубля. Коэффициенты регрессий оцениваются на российских статистических рядах за 1996-1999 гг., включая точку августа 1998 г. Для анализа связи катастрофы в 1998 г. с пирамидой ГКО-ОФЗ используется гарантированный курс, т.е. отношение объема "быстрых денег" к золотовалютным резервам.
