Проблема Регулирования Экономического Роста В Макроэкономических Моделях

Abstract

Рассматривается эволюция теории экономического роста от Харрода-Домара до "новой неоклассической волны". Показывается, что в рамках неоклассической теории (в том числе и с учетом эндогенного НТП) никаким перераспределением средств между факторами производства невозможно добиться долгосрочного роста, темп которого не определялся бы экстенсивным фактором - темпом роста объемов используемого труда. Исследуются возможности моделирования экономического роста за счет инновационного компонента развития в рамках нового неоклассического направления. Предложена модель производственной функции, учитывающая связь между имеющимся накопленным объемом технологических знаний, эффективностью труда и структурой основного капитала. Показана взаимосвязь данного подхода с подходами прежней и "новой" неоклассической теории. Для рассматриваемого класса моделей исследованы факторы экономического роста, основанного на инновациях, и проанализированы возможности реализации данных факторов.
