Оптимизация Уровня Инвестируемого Капитала В Задаче Согласования Инвестиционного Контракта

Abstract

Исследуется задача оптимального управления с фазовыми ограничениями, к которой сводится задача согласования инвестиционного контракта между инвестором и регионом. Доказывается существование и единственность оптимального управления. Анализируется поведение оптимальной траектории (оптимального уровня инвестируемого капитала) как решения некоторого неявного уравнения. Описан алгоритм построения оптимального управления. Рассмотрено поведение функции полезности и дополнительной полезности для инвестора при оптимальном уровне инвестируемого капитала и поведение оптимального уровня совокупных отчислений в зависимости от характеристик региона. На основе свойств характеристик регионов и инвесторов проводится разбиение регионов и инвесторов на группы по уровню их взаимной привлекательности.
