К Уточнению Бюджетного Дефицита В Условиях Инфляции Долга

Abstract

Рассматривается схема возникновения и использования инфляционных налогов в современной России. Основная часть налогов поступает в федеральный бюджет в виде погашения кредитов Центробанка при отрицательном значении процентной ставки. Дефицит федерального бюджета специфицирован относительно инфляционных налогов. Показано, что увеличение разницы между процентными ставками на займы и депозиты как одно из видов инфляционных налогов оказало разрушительное воздействие на сберегательные процессы в 1993–1994 гг.
