Abstract

В статье раскрыты механизмы оценки выбора поставщика услуги аутсорсинга в результате практического использования матрицы аутсорсинга по показателям стратегическая важность для торговой организации и показателя возможности участия торговой организации в целевом сегменте потребительского рынка. Раскрывая теоретические аспекты аутсорсинга, автор исследует виды услуг аутсорсинга в сфере торговли и предлагает методику выбора аутсорсера за счет соизмерения индекса рыночной устойчивости претендентов на исполнение торговой услуги.
