Принцип Перераспределения Ущерба В Пространстве И Времени Как Инструмент Анализа Убыточности Обязательного Страхования Гражданской Ответственности Владельцев Транспортных Средств

Abstract

В статье анализируются дискуссионные вопросы реальной убыточности обязательного страхования ответственности владельцев транспортных средств. В качестве инструмента анализа используется принцип перераспределения убытка в пространстве и времени. Рассматриваются показатели убыточности ОСАГО в период наиболее стабильного развития этого вида страхования (20032014 гг.). На примере «неблагополучного» рынка ОСАГО в краснодарском крае опровергается миф о «сверхубыточных» регионах. На основе анализа макроэкономических показателей динамики рынка ОСАГО показана реальная убыточность через экономический показатель уровень выплат.
