Эволюция Налоговых Отношений С Позиций Истории Налогообложения И Развития Го Сударственности

Abstract

Для правильного понимания сущности налоговых отношений, по мнению автора, необходимо проводить оценку их эволюции с позиций истории налогообложения и развития государственности. Подходы современных исследователей к периодизации развития налоговых систем различны, но все их разнообразие можно свести к двум вариантам: а) выделяются наиболее существенные признаки налогообложения; б) привязка к истории развития человеческой цивилизации и государственности. В статье автором обосновывается оценка эволюции по четырем периодам как компромисс отмеченных вариантов.
