Abstract

В статье рассматриваются сложности процесса планирования в страховых компаниях и необходимость бизнес-планирования для более успешной оптимизации проведения страховой деятельности. Рассмотрены основные элементы системы планирования, а также дана характеристика ключевым разделам и стадиям бизнес-планирования. Наглядно представлен процесс формирования финансовой стратегии страховой организации. Охарактеризованы методы прогнозирования и планирования финансового состояния страховых организаций в условиях неопределенности внешней среды.
