Abstract

В статье приведены актуальные задачи, стоящие перед мини-гостиницами в современных условиях хозяйствования. Описаны фундаментальные принципы функционирования данного вида гостиничного хозяйства. Выявлены преимущества мини-гостиниц на гостиничном рынке. Разработан поэтапный проект совершенствования организационной структуры управления малыми гостиницами и указаны проблемы развития минигостиниц в настоящее время, которые должны быть учтены при реализации данного проекта.
