Роль Эколого-Экономической Безопасности В Системе Принятия Управленческих Решений Социально-Экономического Развития Региона

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методические вопросы оценки и диагностики экологоэкономической безопасности региона, обосновывается необходимость отражения ее результатов в системе принятия управленческих решений социально-экономического развития региона, предлагаются схема и инструментарий их учета на основе использования когнитивных карт и экспертных карт оценки значимости, которые содержат информацию о дополнительных инвестиционных ресурсах, связанных с ухудшением эколого-экономической ситуации в регионе, и дают возможность осуществить выбор конкретного типа инвестиционной политики, приемлемой для конкретного сценария развития региона.
