Abstract

Статья определяет лизинг как финансовую операцию, которая сочетает в себе свойства кредита, аренды и инвестиционной деятельности, а также раскрывает особенности данного финансового инструмента в процессе развития лизингового рынка России. Особое внимание уделено историческому аспекту существования лизинга в России, статистическим данным лизингового рынка с момента его зарождения в стране по настоящее время, а также свойственным для российского лизингового рынка тенденциям.
