Специфика Отношений Собственности На «Отделимое» И «Неотделимое» Знания

Abstract

В работе рассмотрена специфика института защиты собственности на знания. Анализ законодательных основ по вопросам интеллектуальной собственности позволил выделить основные нормативно-правовые документы, формирующие механизм защиты знаний. На основе норм законодательства и положений экономической теории определена специфика прав собственности на «неотделимое» и «отделимое» знания.
