Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные современные подходы к оценке качества образовательных услуг высшего учебного заведения: подход, основанный на формировании модели комплексного показателя качества как функции совокупности единичных показателей; подход, базирующийся на оценке результатов трудоустройства выпускников основной образовательной программы вуза; маркетинговый подход, использующий результаты опросов потребителей образовательных услуг и предполагающий выявление разрывов между ожиданиями потребителей и реальными результатами оказания услуги. Выявлены достоинства и недостатки каждого из рассмотренных подходов.
