Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена проблема менеджмента предприятий. Проанализированы характерные особенности системы производства по принципу «точно в срок» (система Канбан). Дано представление о системе управления на предприятиях в Японии и создание благоприятных условий для максимально полного применения навыков, талантов и способностей каждого сотрудника.
