Abstract

The basic methods of valuation of lands. The estimation of the definition of the unit cost of maintaining soil fertility and profits entrepreneur in accordance with the new methodology for calculating the rateable value of the land for agricultural purposes. Defines the main directions of improving the valuation of land.
