Регламентирование Процесса Контроля И Учета Затрат На Энергоресурсы

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена изучению процесса регламентирования контроля и учета затрат на энергоресурсы. Выделена проблема контроля и учета затрат на энергоресурсы на большинстве промышленных предприятиях. На конкретном примере крупного металлургического предприятия произведен сбор необходимых данных и анализ данной проблемы, описан процесс контроля и учета затрат на энергоресурсы и выделены его минусы. Определены пути решения данной проблемы, описан процесс создания нового регламента по контролю и учету затрат, сделаны соответствующие выводы.
