Abstract

В статье приведен обзор видов, ограничений, показателей и критериев оценки эффективности общественных финансов, исследовано развитие принципа эффективности и результативности использования финансовых ресурсов в бюджетном процессе. Рассмотрены методические проблемы оценки эффективности деятельности органов исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации.
