Abstract

За последние несколько лет рынок технологий стал важнейшим фактором развития современной международной экономики. Каждая преуспевающая страна стремится занять лидирующие позиции в данной сфере деятельности. Россия также принимает участие в торговле технологиями, но на данный момент по ряду показателей она уступает многим странам. Главная проблема России – сложность внедрения и применения инноваций на практике.
