Abstract

Проведен анализ опыта развития государственно-частного партнерства в трех мега регионах России – Уральском, Сибирском и Дальневосточном регионах. Основными критериями регионов для сравнения между собой выступают практика применения различных правовых форм государственно-частного партнерства, наличие специально созданных институтов для развития данного направления, развитость нормативной правовой базы и наличие инфраструктурных проектов на разной стадии их реализации. Выделены особенности территорий и систематизированы основные препятствия, возникающие при реализации инфраструктурных проектов в регионах.
