Анализ Динамики Формирования Налогового Потенциала Региона

Abstract

В настоящее время наблюдается снижение эффективности бюджетно-налогового процесса в результате неопределенных экономико-статистических характеристик показателей налогового потенциала, являющихся основой для определения задания по поступлению доходов в бюджетную систему. По произведенному анализу динамики налогового потенциала региона можно отследить потери в налоговых доходах, большую часть которых занимают льготы, что позволяет сделать вывод о необходимости организации работы по выявлению реальной потребности предприятий в налоговых льготах.
