Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме наполнения доходной части государственного бюджета, которая всегда была и остается одной из важнейших проблем. Методологической основой исследования выступают нормативно-законодательные акты Украины, анализ научных публикаций и статистических материалов. Методами исследования выступает: системный подход, статистические наблюдения и сравнения. Результаты исследования показали, что только при правильном осуществлению бюджетного процесса обеспечивается экономическая и социальная стабильность и надлежащий жизненный уровень доходов населения.
