Система Управління Фінансовою Діяльністю Вищих Навчальних Закладів

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є система управління фінансовою діяльністю вищих навчальних закладів; мета полягає в аналізі принципів їх застосування на сучасному етапі. Методи, що були використані в процесі дослідження: аналізу, узагальнення, дедукції. Результати роботи: аналіз напрямів управління фінансовою діяльністю їх впливу на діяльність вищого навчального закладу, що забезпечить в майбутньому підтримку його конкурентоспроможності на ринку освітніх послуг. Галузь застосування результатів: вищі навчальні заклади. У сучасних умовах функціонування вищих навчальних закладів повною мірою залежить від їх механізму управління діяльністю в усіх аспектах, що визначаються відповідним аналізом усіх бізнес-процесів організації та результатами діяльності. Організація системи управління фінансовою діяльністю у вищих навчальних закладах є дуже актуальною для вищої школи, оскільки допомагає отримати додаткові конкурентні переваги й забезпечити ефективність використання фінансових ресурсів.
