Аутсорсинг В Транспортно-Логистической Сфере Республики Беларусь

Abstract

В статье исследуется аутсорсинг услуг в транспортно-логистической сфере Республики Беларусь с позиций спроса и предложения. Цель работы заключается в выявлении проблем, препятствий и перспектив его развития. Методологическую основу работы составили принципы системного и комплексного подходов с использованием логического и экономического анализа, методов сравнения и наблюдения, анкетных опросов. В работе дан обзор рынка транспортно логистических услуг. Изучены предпосылки и особенности формирования спроса в этой сфере в Республике Беларусь. Выявлены причины, препятствующие развитию аутсорсинга в республике Беларусь. Дан анализ деятельности транспортно-логистических центров, как основных провайдеров этих услуг. Предложены меры по решению выявленных проблем. Результаты исследований использовались при подготовке материалов к разрабатываемым в Республике Беларусь методическим рекомендациям по развитию аутсорсинга в стране.
