Национальная Инновационная Система Республики Молдова: Характеристика И Направления Развития

Abstract

Данная статья отражает анализ существующей национальной инновационной системы Республики Молдова, основных субъектов инновационной среды. Выявленные автором недостатки определи круг задач, которые необходимо решить в целях координации, стимулирования и внедрения механизмов деятельности в области инноваций и трансфера технологий. Из-за ограниченности средств на реализацию мероприятий по инновационному развитию в РМ необходимо сконцентрировать ресурсы на том, что позволяет задействовать “механизм саморазвития”это, прежде всего формирование региональной инновационной инфраструктуры с привлечением ресурсов частного бизнеса, соблюдая при этом баланс интересов государственных и частных. Необходимо направить технологическую политику в направлении преодоления ресурсных ограничений регионов страны.
