Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретичний та методичний підхід щодо підвищення продуктивності праці персоналу підприємств, що у наш час потребує уточнення та доповнення, а також розглядаються науково-методичні підходи щодо розробки стратегії й тактики управління персоналом підприємства, яка орієнтована на залучення й ефективне використання реальних можливостей кожного підприємства.
