Abstract

В статье обосновывается целесообразность использования понятия организационно-управленческая инновация, анализируется современное состояние инновационной деятельности промышленных предприятий, предлагаются методические подходы к выбору и реализации организационно-управленческих инноваций в практику промышленных предприятий.In the article the usefulness of the concept of organizational-managerial innovation is explained, the current state of the innovation industry is analyzed, methodological approaches to the selection and implementation of organizational-managerial innovation in the practice of industrial enterprises are offered.
