Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам разработки методологии и методики управления интеллектуальными ресурсами предприятий и орга-низаций в современных экономических условиях. Рассматриваются подходы к управлению интеллектуальными ресурсами, позволяющие добиться максимально эффективного их использования и роль уровня организационного развития предприятия в обеспечении кругооборота интеллектуальных ресурсов фирмы.
