Abstract

В статье рассматриваются риски как неотъемлемая часть финансирования инвестиционной деятельности, оказывающая огромное влияние на многие аспекты обеспечения финансовой безопасности корпорации. Принимаемые управленческие решения, ориентированные на формирование прибыли корпорации и повышение ее стоимости на рынке, разработка стратегий инвестиционной политики требуют от руководства способности выработки, принятия и реализации рисковых решений.
