Abstract

В статье рассматриваются меры по поддержке малого и среднего предпринимательства в целом и в аграрном секторе экономики, в частности. Показано, что малые формы хозяйствования в аграрной экономике занимают важное место, поставляя значительную часть продовольственной продукции, создавая источники дохода и рабочие места. Именно малые формы хозяйствования отличаются высокой способностью к адаптации в условиях динамично меняющейся внутренней и внешней среды, быстро настраиваются под волатильную рыночную ситуацию, предоставляют возможности оперативно реализовать различные бизнес-проекты, в том числе инновационные, привлекают к этому значительную часть населения сельской местности.
