Abstract

В статье рассматривается разработка структуры плана инвестиционного развития, в котором будут определены стратегические инвестиционные приоритеты региона, необходимые для устойчивого долгосрочного инвестиционного развития. Актуальность разработки стратегии состоит в необходимости преодоления дефицита инфраструктуры и стимулировании роста местной мясной промышленности региона за счет федеральных и региональных бюджетных источников финансирования и финансовых институтов. Стратегия направлена на повышение инвестиционной привлекательности региона и эффективности государственного регулирования инвестиционной сферы, формирования механизмов мобилизации и увеличения притока внешних инвестиционных ресурсов.
